How does it work?

We provide DiffTel bundles at competitive prices so that you get a great product, and we all can give more to communities in need.

Our donations are made possible by keeping our administration costs low. One way we do this is by recommending our residential customers pay their monthly bundle cost as a salary deduction. It means one of your bills is paid hassle free, and we can contribute more to those that need it the most. Other ways to pay your bill are available, though the bundle does increase by $10 each month.

All you need to do is contact your work’s finance department and set the payment up with them. There’s a two-month grace period to give time for the finance department to commence the payment. Additional usage charges like calls will be billed to your nominated bank account, credit card or debit card on the 15th of each month.

If you’re self employed you can still get DiffTel at the advertised price - give us a call to find out how.

DiffTel’s culture of giving, makes it easy for everyone to give back to their communities simply by doing things we do every day – like using our home internet and phone.

It’s easy to get involved.

You’ve made a good choice

DiffTel is set up to be a win-win for both you and the community. You get a great product and feel great about helping your community, while worthy causes and charities get the help they need

Charities and causes we support

We've already donated tens of thousands of dollars in cash and kind to our preferred charities and that's only the beginning.

Bridge

The BoH model is based on reducing the barriers faced by the most ‘at risk’ members of our society and providing them with the life-skills tools necessary to overcome vulnerability, disadvantage and exclusion. We have donated many hundreds of hours of executive leadership to assist Bridge to establish its programmes including its flagship BoH Innocence Initiative at RMIT University.

StartOut Australia

People of diverse sexualities and genders (DSG) are over represented when it comes to suicide rates and mental health issues like depression and anxiety. DiffTel has provided seed funding to help StartOut, well, start out.

Bali Children Foundation

Bali Children Foundation provides an educational pathway for disadvantaged Balinese children – a journey leading to growth and long term sustainability.
